1. Nature of our services

QuantifySkill provides professional research consultancy and guidance — including thesis and dissertation support, proposal and synopsis development, statistics and data analysis, editing and proofreading, journal manuscript support, and profile building. Our work is advisory and educational. We do not award degrees, certificates or university credits.

2. Ethical use & academic integrity

• Our guidance, model write-ups and analysis are intended to support your own learning and research.
• You are responsible for complying with your institution's academic-integrity and submission rules.
• We do not condone submitting work in a way that violates your university's policies, and we do not help misrepresent authorship.
• You confirm that any data, documents or material you share with us are genuine and lawfully held by you.

3. No guaranteed outcomes

We do not guarantee specific grades, journal acceptance, citations, admissions, funding or visa outcomes. Such decisions rest entirely with universities, journals, examiners and authorities. We commit to professional, good-faith effort and quality.

4. Quotes, payments & refunds

• Fees are quoted and agreed in writing before work begins, based on scope, deadline and complexity.
• Refunds, where applicable, are governed by the milestones in your individual service agreement.
• There are no hidden charges; you approve the quote before any work starts.

5. Revisions

Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are included during the project and for a limited period after delivery, as stated in your service agreement.

6. Intellectual property

Deliverables prepared for you become yours on full payment, for your own legitimate academic use. Website content, branding and templates remain the property of QuantifySkill.

7. Confidentiality

We treat your documents and personal information as confidential and handle them in line with our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuantifySkill is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Maharashtra, India.
